The Overview

In the winter of 2022, Vizionality was tasked with the redesigning and building of a new website for The Black Community Focus Fund (Rochester BCFF). The city of Rochester, NY had chosen the organization to pilot the cities first Guaranteed Basic Income Program. Rochester BCFF needed a new website to look highly professional and it needed to meet the security standards to partner with a government organization.

Digital Marketing Integrations

Loss Hair Solutions originally had the calendars and forms open into a brand new page in order to schedule a consultation or appointment. We were able to assist them with integrating Calendly calendars and forms to pop-up when clicked on. This allowed the user to stay on the same page of the website when finished scheduling a free consultation.

Brand Identity

Vizionality assisted with the brand identity in choosing a new color scheme for the website. The original color scheme was only yellow and black. We decided to expand the color scheme to include a variety of vibrant colors that represented the organization in a more thoughtfully way.

Google Analytics

Vizionality setup a Google Analytics account and was able to customize the account for a simple yet effective dashboard view. Vizionality began a long-term partnership with the organization to maintain and analyze the data to effectively tailor the web experience to increase user traffic and over all donations to the nonprofit. This step was also a necessary precursor to setting up the nonprofit Google Ad Grants that Vizionality would also be setting up.

The Delivery

The turn-around time for the The Black Community Focus Fund project was two months and everything was delivered on time as expected. Afterward, Vizionality created personalized training guides for the nonprofit website so that staff and volunteers would be able to make content and image changes to the website. Afterward, the nonprofit and Vizionality entered into a long-term agreement where we would maintain the websites:
