Who we are

What we collect, and when

When you contact us

Our contact and enquiry forms ask for your name, email address, organisation, company size, the type of enquiry, and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes the contents of your message in order to send it. Your message then lives in our email system for as long as we have a reason to keep it.

When you book a call

Calls are scheduled through Calendly, embedded on some of our pages. When you book, Calendly collects the details you enter and sets its own cookies in your browser. That takes place under Calendly’s privacy policy, not this one. We receive the booking details for the meeting you arranged.

When you use the audit tool

Our instant audit tool asks for the address of a website. We fetch that page and, where enabled, load it in a browser to record how its analytics and advertising tags behave. Evidence gathered from the scan may be sent to Anthropic’s API to produce the written analysis you see. We do not create an account for you, and we do not retain audit results after your report is returned.

Only submit an address you are entitled to have scanned. The tool reads publicly available pages; it does not attempt to access anything behind a login.

Cookies and measurement

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how this site is used and to measure advertising. This includes Google Analytics and Google Ads, which set cookies to recognise returning visitors, attribute visits to the campaign that produced them, and measure conversions. If you reach this site from an advertisement, the ad platform may record that click and match it to any enquiry you subsequently make.

Embedded third-party content, such as the Calendly scheduler, sets its own cookies when it loads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using this site. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on and adjust ad personalisation in Google’s Ad Centre.

Server logs

This site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard operational logs including IP addresses and request details. These exist to run and secure the service.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the providers that make this site work: Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Calendly for scheduling, Anthropic for audit analysis, and Google for analytics and advertising. Each processes information on our behalf, or under its own policy where it is named above. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we have a live conversation or an ongoing relationship, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our records. Audit submissions are not retained once your report has been returned. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are in the EU or UK, that includes rights under the GDPR. If you are in California, it includes rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear here.
